A Dallas native, Kristina brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the team. Real estate runs in the family, so the career choice seemed inevitable. “As a child, when my parents were investing, I was dragged from house to house, listening and learning as they imagined the possibilities of various properties. Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the process.”
Her experience includes relocation, on both the consulting and sales sides, title coordination and residential real estate sales. She has worked in a wide array of market conditions, and understands the inherently constant evolution of the industry well. “Taking care of people is my number one priority. If I put my clients’ needs first, and work diligently to get them the best value possible, I will make a good living in the process. And it’s incredibly fulfilling, navigating my people through what can be an overwhelming endeavor and getting them happily situated.”
Kristina attended Armstrong Elementery School in Highland Park, The Episcopal School of Dallas and Highland Park High School. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she earned her B.S. in Integrative Studies. She moved to Frisco in the early 2000s, and has enjoyed being a part of its incredible growth.
When not busily negotiating on behalf of clients, Kristina can be found riding her horse, hanging with her two Labrador Retrievers, working on her first novel, or traveling anywhere and everywhere. She is an active member of both The United States Equestrian Federation and The United States Hunter Jumper Association. She is a supporter of The Salvation Army and longtime volunteer and contributor to Lone Star Labrador Retriever Rescue.
