A lifelong Texan, Cris’ childhood was split between two small towns at opposite ends of the state: Bonham and Orange. After settling as an adult in the DFW area, Cris pursued a career in higher education and had the opportunity to work alongside and support many of the largest and most notable brands in the country including American Airlines, AT&T, Cisco Systems, and Papa John's. Cris also took advantage of his time in higher education as a student, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Management in Public Administration.

In his personal as well as his professional life, Cris prides himself on serving others. He believes that success is the product of hard work and strong relations, and embraces the opportunity to be of service to those around him.
